1. Registration will be open from 21stSeptember to 10th October 2026.
2. The child must be born between 1stApril 2023 and 31stMarch 2024.
3. The registration fee is ₹500, payable online.
Upload the following documents:
* Attested photocopy of the Date of Birth Certificate issued by the Registrar of Births & Deaths.The Date of Birth Certificate must be in English and contain the child’s name. Affidavits will not be accepted.
* Child’s Aadhaar Card
* Passport-size photograph of the child.
Ensure that all details and documents are correct and clear before submission, as changes may not be permitted later.
