In order to inculcate higher moral values in our puplis, the school implements an evaluation policy wherein it is mandatory for every student to score 50% marks in moral science for promotion to the next class. The character certificate of the Standard X students will be issued on the basis of the aforesaid evaluation.
The academic performance comprises 50 marks of Moral Science. The school considers every child as good and award the remaining 50 marks to every child at the beginning of each term for his/her value based life, good character and behaviour. However, if anyone is proved to be defaulting, any teacher of the school is at liberty to deduct from the awarded 50 marks according to the nature of the offence under the following heads :
- Non-adherence to the language code.
- Disobedience to the members of the staff, violation of rules and regulation of the school.
- Destroying or disfiguring school properties.
- Writing on walls, benches and tables, running in the corridor.
- Involvement in fights, quarrels, using abusive language or any scandalous activity.
- Robbery, theft, cheating etc.
- Forging signatures, not bringing school diary daily, tearing the pages or defacing it any manner, incomplete bio data and other details.
- Absence without written note from the parents, irregularity in study and home work, other given assignments, non cooperation in co-curricular activities, school activities, habitual late coming, bunking class etc.
- Bringing mobile, pen drive and other electronic gadgets in the school.
- Commuting on self driven vehicles like bikes,scooty, car etc.
- Lack of adherence to the school uniform, (low waist, Pants/Skirts, Narrow bottom, ankle socks etc).
- Hair style(Spikes, jell, clips and slides, ornaments etc)
- Violation of silence in the library, corridor and labs.
- Non-compliance of any instruction given in the school diary under 'Campus Culture and Regulations'.

STUDENT COUNCIL
The council consists of the Head Boy, Head Girl, Vice Head Boy and Girl, House captains and Vice captains, Cultural and Literary Heads and Vice Heads, Discipline Heads and Vice Heads. The selection of the Student Council members is done by the School authorities and parents have no role in the selection process.
RESPONSIBILITY OF COUNCIL
- They should ensure that the leaders carry out their duties in a responsible and impartial manner.
- They should command the whole school in discipline at prayer assemblies and all school gathering.
- They should be constantly alert, observant and sensitive to the needs of the school and act promptly after consulting and getting orders from the Principal.
- They should show exemplary behavior with head held high, providing a shining example of leadership, trust, courtesy, love and goodness,
- They should bring to the notice of teachers minor day to day problems of students like fights, misunderstandings, injuries, damage to school property, missing articles etc.
RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CLASS MONITORS
- Special attention shall be paid by class teachers in choosing suitable leaders.
- Leaders must be as far as possible exemplary in conduct and industrious in their studies.
- They must be able to command respect in the class, a They are employed for all assistance in the class e.g. maintaining discipline, reporting to the concerned authorities the various needs of the class, etc.
- The leaders will be responsible for all happenings in the class during the absence of the teacher.
- The leaders have to realize that to be a leader is a special privilege and honour. To betray the trust and confidence reposed in them is to commit the most degrading act.
- Once in two months a meeting of leaders will be held for improving discipline and redressing grievances.
- It is incumbent on all leaders to report to the Principal, the teacher incharge or the class teacher any breach of discipline noticed even during the recess.
- In the case of a teacher being absent, they must inform the office within the first five minutes from the commencement of the periods.
PROMOTE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY AMONG STUDENTS
Our school actively encourages students to participate in charitable activities as a way of developing compassion, empathy, and social responsibility. Through donation drives, community outreach programs, and helping those in need, students learn the value of sharing and caring. Such initiatives not only build awareness about social issues but also nurture kindness and a sense of duty towards society.
